Description

This is a mixed media oil painting on magazine paper in which the texture of the underlying photo sneaks through at the edges, and gives the antique style image a contemporary twist. This ORIGINAL mixed media oil painting is the only one of its kind. It depicts a group of small children (mostly boys) in historic outfits getting into a bit of mischief. The friends are sneaking into the big top carnival by going through a flap in the tent. This small picture gets a bit surreal and leaves lots of room for the imagination. It was created using high-quality oil pigments.
